Amur ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal AI fitness coaching service operated by 621 Labs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Amur collects fitness and health data that you authorize through connected third-party services, including:

WHOOP: recovery score, HRV, sleep duration and quality, strain, and workout data
Strava: workout activities (type, duration, distance, pace, heart rate)
Withings: body weight and body composition measurements
Apple Health: activity, sleep, and health metrics via the Health Auto Export app

We also collect information you provide directly during onboarding: your name, fitness goals, training availability, injury history, and self-reported lifestyle information.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide personalized AI fitness coaching, including:

Generating weekly training plans tailored to your goal and recovery state
Sending mid-week coaching check-ins and adjustments via Telegram
Monitoring daily recovery and alerting you when training load should be adjusted

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Railway (railway.app). Health metrics are stored in aggregated form (daily summaries). We do not store raw wearable data beyond what is needed for coaching.

4. Third-party integrations

Amur connects to WHOOP, Strava, and Withings via their official OAuth APIs. You authorize each connection individually and can revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings. We only request the minimum scopes required for coaching purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data and health records within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of your data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data and account
Revoke access to any connected third-party service at any time

Amur provides fitness coaching guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program or making changes to your health routine.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
