Terms of Service
Amur · 621 Labs · Last updated: May 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amur, an AI-powered personal fitness coaching service operated by 621 Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Amur.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Amur. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Amur is not intended for use by minors.
During onboarding, you will complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). If you answer yes to any PAR-Q question indicating a health risk, you must obtain clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before using Amur's training recommendations.
2. Not medical advice
Amur is a fitness coaching tool, not a medical service. All content generated by Amur — including training plans, recovery recommendations, nutrition guidance, and coaching messages — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified physician, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or medical concern. If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any other concerning symptom during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
621 Labs and Amur are not liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome resulting from following any recommendation made by the service.
3. Service description
Amur provides AI-generated training plans, recovery coaching, check-in prompts, and fitness guidance delivered via a web dashboard and Telegram messaging. The service uses data from connected wearable devices and fitness platforms (including WHOOP, Strava, Withings, and Apple Health) alongside information you provide to personalize recommendations.
Amur is an early-stage product in active development. Features, availability, and coaching quality may change over time. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that recommendations will meet any particular standard of accuracy.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep it current. You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Deletion removes all your personal data and health records from our systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Connected services and data
Amur integrates with third-party platforms including WHOOP, Strava, Withings, and Apple Health via their official APIs. By connecting these services, you authorize Amur to read the data scopes described during the connection flow. You can revoke access to any connected service at any time through that platform's own settings.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to Amur. We are not responsible for data loss, changes to third-party APIs, or any interruption of data from connected services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Amur for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in an unauthorized manner
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information during onboarding or check-ins
- Use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
7. Privacy
Your use of Amur is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data, including health and fitness information.
8. Intellectual property
All software, design, branding, and content comprising the Amur service is the property of 621 Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
AI-generated coaching content (training plans, check-in messages, etc.) is provided to you for personal use only. You retain ownership of any original data you provide to the service.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Amur is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any coaching recommendations will produce specific fitness outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 621 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Amur shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the service, or 621 Labs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such action.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via Telegram or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Amur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
